Ten cuidado con lo que escuchas…
Durante el verano antes de su último año escolar, (Tn)________ Vale es una groupie de diecisiete años que sigue a su banda de rock-punk, Malicia, de concierto en concierto con la esperanza de que una noche pueda ingresar detrás de escenarios y conocer a los siniestros y sexys chicos. Ha estado guardando su virginidad para Kendall, el cantante. Una fatídica noche consigue su deseo. Es un sueño hecho realidad.
Excepto que el sueño se vuelve pesadilla cuando despierta en un contenedor de basura, lanzada como si fuera desperdicio, sin memoria de lo que ocurrió la noche anterior. Ella se siente extraña, diferente, como si algo estuviera tratando de salir. Pronto nota que esta cambiando… convirtiéndose en algo no muy humano.
Ahora, una profunda hambre en su interior la desgarra pidiendo comida, para drenar la energía de quienes la rodean. Antes de que pueda hacer precisamente eso, James, un roadie de la banda se presenta y la detiene de asesinar. Con su ayuda aprende a controlar el hambre de su interior, porque él es igual a ella. Y a cambio quiere su ayuda para hacer una sola cosa…
